Run.

I couldn't recall the last time I ran, nor the last time I recorded on my training log.

Seeing as how infrequently my runs are recorded, looking at my training log doesn't help either!

So, having decided to get an ipod nano and the nike+ sports kit, I realised the futility of it. What's the point of spending so much... given that

1. I already have a Creative Zen mp3 player and I listen to my phone's mp3s instead. Okay, but the Zen Micro is so freaking huge (at least for me) that it adds to my filled-to-the-point-of-exploding schoolbag.
2. I haven't been running since I moved out of the condo. Okay, other than the rare 2 to 3 runs.

So......... I finally went on a run this morning. I decided yesterday night that I should run, but my brain kept saying, "oh, don't crap, you know you'll wake up after 10 and the sun will kill any running thoughts". And I guess my brain woke me up at 8.30am, way before the alarm was supposed to ring. Since there was no harm, I got into my Kayanos (poor neglected babies) and went for a round.

It was a nice feeling starting out... But about 200m from the end point, the heat got to me! Which made me reminisce on the days of feeling fit... 2 years ago. So, I guess I've got a reason to run now.

If I log a run everyday up to my birthday, I'll get the Ipod. Okay, that's too much seeing how I hardly manage to wake up. 3 days a week then.

Boy, am I glad to see that Cappuccino has stopped having seizures! (:

Now I will just count down the days till his next visit to the vet.

At first, I thought Cappuccino is feeling better, but just a few hours back he was convulsing. Twice. His little body was racking with spasms and was flung around his tank like a puppet on a string. Took him out, he was rather dazed and scared, and his mouth was foaming, just like previously.

Makes me wonder what exactly is it which makes him like that. He seemed to calm down after I cradled him and patted his head. But the second time, his body started jerking and his eyes started closing and I got worried that a heart attack was being witnessed. Hopefully its just a case of hiccups and ants biting him rather than a serious disease.

Pondering if I should go for the economics and japanese tutorial later, sure wouldn't want something to go wrong without being by Cappuccino's side.
